Boca Mar is a wonderful place to live. Our boutique oceanfront condominium features 38 one- and two-bedroom residences offering casual South Florida living at its finest. Known by our owners as “the best kept secret on Ocean Boulevard,” Boca Mar’s smaller size and proximity to the ocean are what set us apart from our many high-rise neighbors in Boca Raton. Solidly built in 1967, our building was designed by renowned Florida architect Richard C. Reilly as “Boca Mar Apartments” and built by developer Leonard J. Koslow Associates. Boca Mar was established as a condominium building in 1972.
